Recently, after dropping $75,000 at a strip club in Miami, Biebs set off to Cuba for a “much-needed” break. As if the pop star has any real problems that he needs to get away from…although shortly after, he did have a few situations on his little hands. But, regardless, a spur-of-the-moment trip to the Caribbean Island sounds nice, right?
To help you get away from this hell on earth that’s best known as “winter,” we’ve put together an itinerary that will have you jet-setting off to Cuba like Bieber. Not that he’s the best celebrity to follow in the footsteps of, but we trust that you recognize the distinct difference from partying it up in Cuba and getting arrested for drag racing, drugs, and the like.
Before you book your flight, make sure to read about the restrictions that exist around traveling to Cuba. Being Canadian, Biebs is allowed to travel there whereas the rest of us Americans are prohibited from doing so for a number of reasons. However, different loopholes have recently been discovered that can be just what you need for a ticket to the typically forbidden island.

While the recent troublemaker probably stayed at a 5-star all-inclusive resort or an exclusive house hidden somewhere on the island, you can find another place to get some well-deserved R&R. Check out Iberostar’s Varadero Hotel which has rates of $135/night for their junior suite. Even better, the hotel is also all-inclusive and rated with five stars.

Finding a great place to eat Cuban specialties is easy! While it’s likely that Bieber dined at one of the private restaurants and the chefs created something a special, not-on-the-menu dinner for him, rest assured that you, too, can have a delicious meal. Cocina de Lilliam is a beautiful garden restaurant with some of the best dishes in the city making it among the top 10 restaurants in Havana, Cuba. The restaurant is open from noon until midnight and entertainment begins when the kitchen closes, carrying into the early hours of the morning.

Although we can be sure that he probably dropped another several thousand dollars on a night out in Cuba (if that’s even possible), you don’t have to spend like that in order to have a good time. Visit Tropicana Cabaret in Havana, Cuba for an unforgettable night. Travel sites say “it isn’t the kind of place that makes guidebooks,” and you’ll just have to visit to find out why. Nothing dangerous, but if you’re looking for the thrill that comes from living on the edge, this is the place to go. After all, you’re trying to celebrate like Justin — and that comes with risk-taking.

Is Cuba on your bucket list?
Very well balanced post, I like a bit of humour when I’m reading. Would love to visit Cuba one day.
